 After living on the coast and being in education for 27 years, I retired from my teaching position in 2000. We then moved to the western mountains of Maine for its beauty, the tranquility, the skiing, and the lakes. My husband, David has a woodworking shop and builds custom cabinetry, fine furniture and does boat restoration and repair.
I reactivated my real estate broker's license in 2004 after initially obtaining it in the late 70's. I am committed to strive for excellence and professionalism in every endeavor, while guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process. |

 My husband Bruce and I have been married for 50 years. I have a son and daughter and six grandchildren.
I have lived in Avon all of my married life. I have worked with the public most of my working years. My husband started a seafood business in Avon so I have 25 years experience in sales and purchasing. I have worked as a clerk for the Town of Avon for over 20 years; Registrar of Voters for approximately 10 years and tax collector for 2 years. In 2005 I received my real estate license. I the like challenge of learning new things and most of all having the opportunity to meet new people. Being an associate broker in real estate adds that to my life every day. |

 I have been in real estate since April 2001 and during that time have built a strong customer and client base. I enjoy helping people find their dream property and understand how to council sellers to find a buyer. I believe to be successful you have to give back. I'm the past President of the Mountain Council of REALTORS, 2007 REALTOR of the year for the Mountain Council, present member on the Board of Directors of the Maine Association of REALTORS and one of the 17 REALTORS that built a Habitat for Humanity home in Mobile, AL for a Katrina Hurricane family.

 Valerie Sullivan joins Allied Realty! Valerie received her NH Resl Estate license in 2003. She took her education very serious and promptly continued her education by taking the Code of Ethics Class and joining the Realtors Association as well as the Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) in 2003. Those classes were shortly followed up with Accredited Buyers Representative in 2004. In 2005-2006, she became a Top Producer within Keller Williams Realty in Nashua, NH which gave her incredible experience that was put to use helping her future clients. In 2006, Valerie moved to Maine after her marriage to Kevin Sullivan and held real estate licenses in the states of both New Hampshire and Maine.
Valerie also hosted and presented the Milliionaire Real Estate Investor Seminars in 2005 and 2006. She expanded her knowledge base teaching real estate investing classes as well as personally investing in "flip" properties. Valerie, along with her husband, is currently a landlord in Central Maine which keeps her up to date on Landlord/Tenant relationships. Valerie continues to expand her knowledge to provide the best real estate services in Central Maine. She looks forward to putting her experience to use by assisitng others when buying and selling real estate property, whether it is for personal or investment use. |
